Fermented Daal

Fermented red lentils....

Make a delicious daal!  
Heat your sesame oil, add turmeric, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, cayenne, and a few other secret spices...combine with lentils, simmer and serve.  Unbelievably delish!
