Mushroom-Artichoke Lasagna

Layers of Mushrooms and Artichokes

                    Baked in a square cast iron pan.  Bonus=Everyone gets an end piece!
                         Topped with Rima's parmesan!  Aged 16 months and full of flavor!
                                               Squeeze of lemon and it's and ready to eat!
